Incluso Services Star Wars Lego Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Incluso Services Pty Ltd ("Incluso Services"), ABN 74 673 015 328, located at 640/642 Sydney Rd, Coburg VIC 3058. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Lego.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of Incluso Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements
To enter the competition, participants must:
- Follow @Incluso_Services on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/incluso_services/
- Follow Incluso Services on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/inclusoservices/
- Complete the entry form via the competition link in @Incluso_Services' Instagram biography, including answering all questions and submitting their name, phone number, and email address.
- (Optional) Tag at least one Instagram handle in the comments of the competition post on Instagram and/or Facebook for an additional entry per tagged comment.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The competition opens on Monday 24^th February 2025 and closes on Monday, 10th March 2025 at 5:00 pm AEDT.
4.2. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize consists of a Star Wars Lego set valued at $299 AUD.
5.2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.3. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, Incluso Services reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Announcement
6.1. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
6.2. The winner will be announced via Instagram and Facebook stories on Tuesday, 11th March 2025.
6.3. The winner will be contacted via the email and/or phone number provided in their entry form.
6.4. If the winner does not respond within 7 business days of initial contact, a new winner will be selected.
7. Publicity
7.1. By entering this giveaway, participants consent to Incluso Services sharing their Instagram handle and/or first & last name for winner announcement purposes.
7.2. The winner may be asked to provide a photo or video with their prize for promotional purposes.
8. Privacy
8.1. All personal information collected will be used solely for administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.2. Participants can request access to their personal data or opt-out of communications by contacting Incluso Services.
9. General Conditions
9.1. Incluso Services reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
9.2. Incluso Services reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if it becomes corrupted or unable to operate as planned.
